AT&T has started roling out a new update to Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, S6, and Galaxy Note5 units on its network. Carrying build numbers of G920AUCU4DPH5, G928AUCU3CPHA, and N920AUCU3CPHA respectively, the update brings along features such as AT&T Wi-Fi calling and Advanced Messaging.
Also included in this update is the September security patch. Considering that the AT&T Galaxy S7 edge still doesn’t have this (and neither does the T-Mobile model), this is fairly impressive.
According to the details on AT&T’s support website, the download file for the software on the Galaxy Note 5 is listed at 431MB, while the software update for the Galaxy S6 Edge+ comes in at a slightly lighter size of 405MB.
